Doctor Aïna Venkatasamy is a radiologist and co-director of the IHU Strasbourg’s Medical Imaging Facility (GIE) alongside Professor Gallix. Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Molecular Biology (Ph.D.). she has worked at the Strasbourg University Hospital, University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and the Universitätsklinikum Freiburg in Germany. She specializes in head and neck (ENT), body and oncology imaging.
Professor Beaujeux is an interventional radiologist, specialized in vascular interventional radiology at Strasbourg University Hospital. As a University Professor and pioneer in his field, he has developed specific materials for peripheral and neurovascular embolization and is a recognised international expert in the field of peripheral vascular and cerebral malformations.
Doctor Dominique Charneau is a radiologist, with 30 years of experience in radiology, especially in abdominal imaging.
Raoul Pop is a hospital practitioner in the Interventional Neuroradiology Department at the Strasbourg University Hospital and a radiologist on the imaging platform of the IHU. He is involved in various clinical and experimental research projects with a focus on neurological, visceral and vascular pathologies.
Doctor Stéphane Kremer is Professor of Radiology at the Faculty of Medicine in Strasbourg. He is in charge of the Imaging Department 2 at Hautepierre Hospital, Strasbourg University. His main clinical activity is diagnostic neuroradiology, and more particularly multimodal MRI. He is in charge of Diagnostic Neuroradiology for the Department of the French Society of Neuroradiology. His research activities are centred on inflammatory diseases of the central nervous system and neuroradiological imaging of COVID-19.
Professor Guillaume Bierry is a University Professor in the Department of Radiology 2 of the University Hospital of Strasbourg. He is Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging at the University Hospital of Strasbourg and coordinator of the Diploma in Medical Imaging (DES) for the Alsace region. He is also in charge of the DTS ” Medical Imaging ” diploma in Strasbourg. In addition to being a Doctor in Medicine (2007) and in Biomedical Sciences (2008), he is also a laureate of the Academy of Medicine (2010), and holds a Habilitation to conduct research (HDR, 2013) and an EMBA in “Hospital Management” from EM Strasbourg (2016).
